Update: When can existing federal bank customers open a Jupiter account?

Sometimes my words mentioned earlier seems to be very true that this team is not able to bring out Jupiter for us (existing federal bank customers). My all expectations with Jupiter is over now.

Hay @Bankofthefuture Rohan as you told last week for onboarding of existing federal customers will onboarded next week for sure so today is the last day of week I donโ€™t want any excuse today as it is easy to say for you that serious bug comes to your product. @Jiten what is the meaning of commitment if you not able to do that.

Well, the week has come to an end and so are so many of your deadlines.

Just a piece of advice, donโ€™t give a date/make commitments for any product/feature release form Now On. When you release already, thn say this n that thing is now out.

I understand developing something is not easy, especially when youโ€™re dependent on a partner bank and weโ€™re still in the beta phrase. Unwanted bugs can occur and due to that deadlines can be missed. Itโ€™s OK.

But weโ€™re a community. A community that supports you. Hence it is necessary to keep the community up to date with the progress frequently.

Rohan sent an update last week and since then thereโ€™s no update from him. Jiten send an update yesterday. Thereโ€™s definitely very less updates when a big part of the community is eagerly waiting for the update.

I would appreciate if you guys keep us updated about the progress frequently, this will keep us engaged and involved in the process of building something great.

  • who have NOT opened up their accounts via epifi (Fi.money).
  • have existing Federal accountโ€™s FKYC done
  • have access to the same mobile number linked to existing Federal account
  • have an android phone
  • have Aadhaar linked to a mobile number

Yep, after entering the MPIN, It brings back to that same previous error page - Something broke bad, we can not open your account.
