Your analogy is good but there are few irregularities.
There’s no product to be delivered, it’s more of a feature/update.
The product is already out and people are enjoying it save the poor souls with existing Federal account.
So that’s should not take this much of time ,I believe.
But if team is on it and even if they deliever it by weekend that would be great.
@Jiten @Bankofthefuture Is there any update on this?? If it is not ready, say so.
Not replying to the community members is not something anyone would appreciate.
Wasn’t Thursday my guess in response to a fellow user? Not a confirmation.
On a serious note , we were ready to roll out yesterday but encountered a major roll out issue related to this feature in night time. So team is on it and hence no clarity yet.
Hope we get it by weekend @Bankofthefuture
Please release today…
Honestly I am too much disappointed.
Fi money which rivals Jupiter has no such barrier as EXISTING FEDERAL customer and I was able to hop on straight even though I had an existing Federal bank account and lolz , just yesterday I exprienced a shiny new ,nicely packed and promptly delivered ‘Fi’ Card.
If my memory serves right Jupiter Was launched almost 1.5 weeks before Fi but in terms of smoothness I would really give a thumbs up to Fi,if competition is anything to go by ,Jupiter should have released it to all the people by now and not a select few.
I really hope they don’t keep advancing the dates becoz that would give a tragic first impression.
I once again request @Bankofthefuture to understand our sentiments and launch it ASAP.
#Can’t wait no more #roll out now.
My hope is over.
when Jupiter will launch then I’ll see now just waiting for Bullet
Aslo I’m visiting the Federal bank branch to update my kyc so when I open my account in Jupiter then I don’t want any problem.
I am sure the same cat and mouse game between promise and deadlines would continue for bullet too.
There’s no point in shifting your focus from Jupiter to bullet.
Bullet would also pass through the same route ,the route of unpredictability.
I wish I didn’t have to visit the community page everyday just to encounter numerous sad faces.
So from now on it #doesn’t matter if Jupiter ever launches for us or not.
Good gracious if anyone gets the good news please mail @ “kumarbhartimukesh2000@gmail.com” informing me of the same.
Thank you and God bless Jupiter and it’s community.
Signing off!
Mukesh
Nope, Bullet has 500k+ it’s very big number right now.
By the way if there is any good news surely I’ll drop a mail on your email I’d.
till then chill and relax.
I’m sorry to say this but You are wrong my friend. Fi started giving access to some of the users (including me) using fi.nite codes around middle of May whereas Jupiter started giving access to some of its community members since 24th June. Fi has been open for existing customers as well since day 1 but I think Jupiter wasn’t prepared for this. And from Jiten’s statements I can clearly understand they are facing some serious bugs. That’s why the delay.
Even I’m disappointed with the delay but we have to understand the fact we’ll be the one complaining to them if there’s an issue during on-boarding to Jupiter. It’s better now than then.
I wish all of us get access to Jupiter really soon @Jiten @Bankofthefuture
Yes, the Fi debit card’s look is just amazing. And the packaging we get for a zero balance account like Fi is just amazing.
@Jiten @Bankofthefuture Don’t you think you’re doing something like we experience while opening a account by visiting a bank branch (mostly in SBI & some other bank) it’s not the neobank experience you’ve created for your customers.
To be honest I have connected with a lot of community’s and have never experienced this. I joined this community in early days and I was thinking it will be great to experience Jupiter but the experience you’ve created was too worst.
If something is wrong and someone ask to wait to resolve it then everyone will be happy to wait for the said time but if same has repeated more then enough time then it automatically creates a negative impact to audience.
If you’re unable to offer just denied that we’ll not offer this service atleast you’ll not face negative rating. And on one will bother you for the same thing. At the end time of timeline you always said we faced an error/bug etc etc if you’re developer are not capable to resolve a single bug then you need to change your team.
@Bankofthefuture do you remember you promised this is the final week and you’ll atleast onboard community members to Jupiter?
The speed you’re running it will be lauch by 2022 or might be it will not lauch anymore.
Fi.money getting positive feedback and you’re loosing the game because of these activities.
Wish a great future to Jupiter. If it’s lauch let me know cause I’ll no more visit to community everyday just to see weather it’s launched or not!

Not over tempered ?
One more thing
Jupiter will always in winning track .
Dont compare jupiter with fi.money . Both the products are neo bank . But both the services are entirely different .
Chill bro. It’s in beta stage. Just imagine the pressure on the technical team.
It’s obvious why @Imasish is disappointed.
He is one of the oldest member of this community and he hasn’t landed on Jupiter yet.
To everyone saying Jupiter keeps extending the deadline. It’s not exactly deadline in the first place. It’s more like “expected arrival”. Either they can share a safe expected arrival of long wait or they can be honest and extrapolate thier best expected arrival. I think we all agree a community like this would rather want honesty than a consolation.
tldr; To expect a fixed deadline is to expect a consolation. Consolation may not be healthy for this community.
First of all I’m not over tempered, second everyone not likes the people who shares true words against a product or anything in this world. Here too many one of you too thinking I’m over tempered and I don’t have to share speak anything against Jupiter. But honestly speaking against something needs guts and you know I’ve joined this community when no one know jupiter and have support it in many ways. And till date I’m not onboarding not it’s funny?
But you will not understand bro cause everyone has it’s own thinking power. And I’m not against Jupiter and I’m connected here cause i love jupiter and want to see everyone to be a jupiter member but sharing what you’re feeling for something is not bad as per me.
I just present my views and it’s impacting my craziness the excitement i have with Jupiter.
Thank you for letting me know.
That’s correct if they have shared a long timeline too in first that will be fine cause in middle no one can bother anyone about anything, and can wait peacefully. But giving date/timeline and then not honouring it not a good way to deal with customer.
You are right it is not a good way to deal with customer. But its perfectly fine way with community members. So they should be better giving a different safe/longer timeline that they can honour on customer specific channels ie mail, in-app, call etc and not here in community. This is not a customer support forum. This is a community and here we want to know the bitter truth. We want to know their best and honest extrapolation. We want to know everything as is.
On contrary, if they shared the same timeline with with costumer specific channels and not honoured it then community members should bash them here. That is how this community is useful and constructive to Jupiter.
