Update mobile number

Mobile Number Auto changed

So I’ve both Jupiter and Fi accounts, And today i was trying to change my registered mobile number with Fi account but surprisingly it got changed in Jupiter account too. When I’m trying to add account on upi using number new number both accounts shows up but not showing on old number while Jupiter app still shows Old number. This is huge disaster by federal bank.

Both accounts may have same customer ID.

To navigate to edit number Settings > account details > profile tab > alongside the phone number there will be an edit button Hope that it helps

For this situation, I advise you to reach out to the support team at support@jupiter.money or contact customer care at 08655055086 (available 9am - 9pm). The best and simple solution would be to obtain a duplicate SIM registered under your name.
