My account was frozen on Saturday its been two days i already sent out a mail but still no reply from Jupiter or federal Bank.
Vansh, before freezing of your account, you would have received an email from Jupiter seeking certain details. Hope you have responded to it. If yes, give the team sometime to review it. If there are no updates, please send a DM to @Shawnpinto and he will get you connected to right team to address your issue.

If you have received any such email, kindly provide satisfactory explanations to the questions raised by them. Upon doing so, your account will be unfrozen shortly.

No Ma’am, am not asking about the reply. I am asking whether you have reived any mail from Jupiter Fraud Operations? Please check your inbox and make sure whether there is mail from Jupiter or not regarding freezing your account.

So I would suggest to use the “Chat with us” option from the app (help menu) since its the fastest. Also, you can call at 08655055086 and raise your concern.

Give reply to that mail you recieved form Jupiter.
Ni Nishita, the email received should be giving you the next steps on what information is needed and where to submit. If it States this is a system generated email, then it will for sure mention who to contact to submit the information.

Typically, the Jupiter team reviews the responses provided by the customer and if they are satisfied, they unfreeze the account that is under investigation. I hope she has responded to them. However, it may take few days to reach a final conclusion.
