I got a email that i have to contact cyber… from there i dropped mail to that cyber team but till now i haven’t get any response

Ok. Usually you will get a mail from Jupiter with some questions regarding account and transactions you have done and you need to give responses to those questions by replying to them. Now, as you said you have replied to the cyber team, you will definitely get response from them.

@Nishita_Ps , considering we are relying on the information being shared to try and guide which as of now does not seem to have lead to a resolution, I strongly suggest you reach out to @Shawnpinto via DM and take this conversation further.

Why - there will be pieces of information he will seek which will be personal that should not be discussed here which will allow him to get you connected to the right team to expedite the resolution of the issue.

May be one of your transaction could be mistakenly flagged that must be the reason for the freezing of your account…Please do contact @Shawnpinto regarding this issue… :innocent:

It’s been more than 15 days… your jupiter is not doing anything…

My account has been frozen by kolkata cyber crime and I made p2p transactions with one guy and I have spoke to the cyber crime there is no proper response from then what should I do

Which state are you from ? And with which person made the transaction ? Known or unknown person ?

Hi Padmesh, it is unfortunate that you are facing this situation. The fact that your account is frozen, you should have received an email from Jupiter’s investigations team. In case, you have not received it, send all the information that you can provide to support the investigation to Jupiter support. That will assign a case id to your issue. Share the case Id along with all the relevant information with @Shawnpinto via DM and he will assist you in getting connected with this right team.

My Jupiter account has been frozen for more than 12 days I’ve been senting the mail every day and the response I get from them is we will respond within 2 days and I have no received any response and my money is literally stuck there being a student I don’t know what am I supposed to do even after sending the mail multiple times

I tried everything till now am not getting any update from the cyber team pls help me to unblock my account
