Unable to create FD with Suryoday

Hello,

I was trying to open an FD with Suryoday bank but after kyc it is saying that provided Mobile Number and Aadhaar mobile number must be same?

Is that restriction added by Suryoday or by Jupiter? I do not want to share my Aadhaar due to privacy issues, why is it being forced? You are getting all other details for KYC!

Please check this and help with the issue.

SFB is a Regulated Entity and we can’t share your KYC details with them that you have shared with us for a different RE therefore you have to undergo this process with them.

I provided a mobile number when starting the application with Suryoday. It is not using my existing mobile with Jupiter.

So, what you are saying is that Suryoday is restricting the usage of mobile number to the one that is attached to Aadhaar?
