So I had close my savings account back in August last year. Now I installed app and created the Pots Account. KYC-ed. But as I read from official documents, Pots is 0 balance with no AMB requirements and kyc is upto 2Lac limit for balance and such.
But on my homepage I still get banner called maintain 5k AMB, why? I think that’s a bug. Isn’t pots account free and zero balance account? No fees at all?
Also can I reopen my savings account again, if possible.

You can’t close an account without closing pots (Federal Bank) and you can’t create pots (Federal Bank) without have a Federal account. Therefore something is definitely a miss here. Please send your details to @Soumyadeep_Ghosh and he will assist.

Could you please let me know if I can reopen my savings account please? I really loved Jupiter since day 1, it was just because of circumstances I had to close the savings account.
