Hi Jupiter team/community,
I’m writing this with a genuine request and hoping someone from the Jupiter team can help.
I had closed my Jupiter savings account earlier due to some personal circumstances. At that time, I had no idea that closing the account would permanently prevent me from opening a Jupiter savings account again in the future. Had I known this, I honestly would have thought twice before closing it.
I understand this may be part of Jupiter/Federal Bank’s policy, and I respect that. I’m not asking for the policy to be changed—just requesting whether my case can be reviewed once as an exception.
I know I can open a Federal Bank savings account separately, but that isn’t quite the same for me. What I genuinely want is to use Jupiter again. I really liked the overall experience—the interface, money management features, insights, and how seamless the banking experience felt within the app. After trying alternatives, I’ve realised how much I actually valued Jupiter.
I’m completely willing to complete fresh KYC, verification, or any other formalities required. I would simply be grateful for one opportunity to become a Jupiter savings account user again.
If someone from the Jupiter team could please look into my case, escalate it internally, or guide me toward the right person/team who can review such requests, I would really appreciate it.
I understand there may be limitations, but I’m sincerely hoping there’s some possibility of a one-time reconsideration. I’d genuinely love to come back to Jupiter. ![]()
