A lot of customers who have closed their Jupiter Federal Bank savings account in the past have come back and requested for an option to re-open a new account. We took this request to the bank and they have accepted this request on the basis of current eligibility requirements. This feature will require work and the team is currently scoping it with the bank’s team. Once the scoping has been completed, we will publish the go-live date for this feature in the community.
