Account closed but didn’t get the option to re open the jupiter account

This option doesn’t exist today. We are working with Federal Bank to come up with a solution. ETA. - 7th August.

Status - Bank has agreed to allow users who have closed the account to open a new bank account, however they are finalising the onboarding process for such users. Once, we get clear directions on this, we will work to enable the option. Tentative ETA - 20th August.

Hi Vinit,

I think there is some misunderstanding, you can’t get your old account back, that is not possible. However, bank has agreed to allow users to open a new account subject to eligibility criteria. This feature will be available in the coming quarter, bank is working on the tech solutioning for it.

We are entering on next quarter tmrw, so am I eligible for Doing business with Jupiter now ??

I have already put the message in the community earlier that Federal Bank has to build this feature and then we will have to make changes. It will take this entire quarter to bring this live. There is a dependency on Federal Bank for it so we can’t expedite it beyond this. Additionally, I am clarifying again, you will not be able to get your old account back but will be able to open a new account with Jupiter + Federal Bank.
