This option doesn’t exist today. We are working with Federal Bank to come up with a solution. ETA. - 7th August.

Status - Bank has agreed to allow users who have closed the account to open a new bank account, however they are finalising the onboarding process for such users. Once, we get clear directions on this, we will work to enable the option. Tentative ETA - 20th August.

Hi Vinit,

I think there is some misunderstanding, you can’t get your old account back, that is not possible. However, bank has agreed to allow users to open a new account subject to eligibility criteria. This feature will be available in the coming quarter, bank is working on the tech solutioning for it.
