No. If you are already a Pro customer, there is no MAB that you need to maintain.

What is solution if my company have some fixed bank accounts for sending salary like (hdfc axis icici ) on thier portal.

I want to use jupiter account as a salary account.
Any solution for this

Hmmm I guess big banks like hdfc don’t provide better user interface on there apps it’s too laggy and doesn’t work properly and I too have a salary account with hdfc but it doesn’t provide any benefits at all😅

You’d be surprised. Traditional banks have gotten worse. ICICI’s app is cluttered to the brim because they’re trying way too hard to be “cool”. Meanwhile Standard Chartered trimmed so much stuff from their app UI that it’s laughably bad.

I’m happy with Jupiter’s Ui. Wish we had an option to customise the layout a bit. For starters, I’d love to pick a background Color than orange (or whatever it’s called!)

Now only if my company would let me switch to Jupiter for my salary needs, that’d be cool.

Yeah, I sympathize with you @nateavi. Why don’t you DM your company. We’ll try getting in touch with them and rolling Jupiter Pro salary out org wide as an optional feature. Worth a shot!

I tried setting up salary account but my company is asking for branch name of bank account.
I reached to support but got no reply.
What do I do ?

Thanks tina of support said jupiter has no branch name repeatedly, very bad support tbh. To be honest I was going to drop the idea of jupiter pro if not for your prompt response.
Please imporve support staff they always disappoint.
Saying no branch name of a bank is stupid. Every bank in india has a branch name

Could this be a part of the automatic email that jupiter sends on the customers behalf when the upgrade process is started ? My HR also asked
me for the branch name.

Also because Jupiter is a new bank and they don’t know the name, they aren’t sure if they have the correct details. So having more details
in the email would also help with that.
