I had withdrawn 300 rupees from my gold investment from Jupiter weeks ago but I still haven’t received my money yet . I am writing this after multiple failed attempts to contact you customer support.

If my don’t hear from you people again and my problem is neglected yet again, I would be left with no choice but to approach the Consumer court and put this issue out there on social media .

Hey @Mayank2 Please be informed that the recent transfer attempt (Ref No. 994026496) was reversed because the beneficiary’s bank was unable to credit the amount to your account. This can happen due to issues with the linked bank account or UPI ID.
We recommend trying the transfer again using a different bank account or UPI ID linked to your Jupiter account. If the issue persists, please feel free to reach out to us here via DM.
