Money withdrawn from pots and not recieved in bank account

I had a great experience with Jupiter until recently. On January 25, 2024, at 12:13 pm, I received an email from Jupiter stating that an amount of 7000 had been withdrawn from the pot. But the thing is I havent done the withdrawal. Everything would have been fine if that amount had been credited to my account, but unfortunately, it hasn’t. It’s not even recorded in the account transactions; the statement indicating the withdrawal is only in my pots statement, and it doesn’t appear in the account statement or the Federal bank statement either. The frustration doesn’t end there; today, a friend transferred 6000 via Cred. While Cred shows that the amount has been received in my account, it hasn’t been credited.
