Pot withdrawal issue

Hey guys i am new to this community

I am having issues with my pot withdrawls.

I have tried multiple times withdrawing money from it but it’s showing withdrawal failed.

My jupiter account is active and so is my pots account.

Pleass help me to resolve this issue as i urgently need the money.
