I created a superpot on 29/09/2023 and tried to withdraw the amount yeterday as I urgently needed it. It’s been more than 26 hrs and the transaction is still processing. Helpppp!!!

I suggest you to use the chat option on the app for a speedy response. Also, you can email the issue to support@jupiter.money or contact the customer care at 08655055086 (available 9am - 9pm) with the transaction id.
