Same issue happened again today . Unable to destroy pot . Unable to withdraw money on emergency …
@Rahav_Adhithya it is important you raise this issue with the support team so that a ticket can get assigned to this issue and can be tracked to closure. I am assuming you are android user. Hence, please take a video from the point you initiate the breaking of the POT till the time you face the error. Attach that video in the email you send to the support team. Their email is support@jupiter.money
@Rahav_Adhithya We suggest you to stay in touch with the support team to resolve this.
It would be easier to track the tickets since concerns raised on the Community would be lost in threads.
