@Rahav_Adhithya it is important you raise this issue with the support team so that a ticket can get assigned to this issue and can be tracked to closure. I am assuming you are android user. Hence, please take a video from the point you initiate the breaking of the POT till the time you face the error. Attach that video in the email you send to the support team.
