I have been using Jupiter for a couple of years mainly for pots facility. It has made my financial management much efficient. But I have had issues in withdrawing from pots which was sorted on its own in a few attempts. However this time, it has taken days and it’s not sorted yet.
Jupiter team - we maintain money in bank which should be available for us at right moment. We have bills to pay. Despite reporting this, I have not got any resolution and am being routed in loop saying ‘Issue will be resolved in 3 business days’ twice now.
