Dear Jupiter Team,
Please note that I sold all my gold on 22nd November 2023. But, Still now the amount has not been credited to my Federal bank account.
I am totally disappointed with this kind of service. A service request ticket has been raised. But, still no revert.
Please fix it ASAP. else I will take the matter to Ombudsman’s forum.

By Federal bank account I hope you mean Jupiter account.
Have you used the chat/help option on the app?
