money was successfully debited from my other account but didn’t get credited in my Jupiter account tried to reach the chat support in-app its been more than 30 mins no chat expert connected there
even called support as soon as I select the option to talk to an expert the call got disconnected automatically…this happened 3 times now
Have you used UPI for transactions?
There are other users also reporting similar issues with UPI. If so then most probably the money will be refunded within 3-5 days.
I transferred 2000 from my other account to jupiter account through UPI. The money was debited from that account but it didn’t get credited to my Jupiter account.
this sort of information should be provided by chat support, I am still waiting for a response from their end but no reply.
