I have transferred 2000 from my other account to Jupiter account. But it was not credited to my Jupiter account although it was debited from my other account.
If the transaction has failed in the back end, the money get reversed within 2-3 business days. Check with the source bank. If the transaction is successful, share the transaction details with the Jupiter support via the in app support or send them an email on support@jupiter.money
