Regarding Cheque Book

I have been unsuccessfully asking the Jupiter people for the cheque since I have opened my savings account with them… past six months and till now theonly reply I got thrice was that, the dispatchment took place but unfortunately it has been returned to JUPITER again and again. I would like to know why did this happen. When the address mentioned is perfectly correct.
