I’m in an urgent need of my cheque book, I cannot have my address updated on the Jupiter app and I had spoken to the chat rep too. I need the cheque book to be delivered on my new address or if possible I can collect from any nearest Federal Bank branch. I need it ASAP kindly help.

We understand your concern, but unfortunately, there is currently no option to edit or modify the delivery address for a chequebook. Rest assured; our team is diligently working on implementing this feature. Once the option to update your address is available, we will notify you through an in-app push notification.
