Hi Jupiter,

I have ordered mobile on 8th October payment through my Jupiter debit card ending with 8654

But unfortunately I had to cancel that so I have selected original payment method and they processed the amount on 9th of October and they told that amount will be available in my account by 13 October 12:48 pm but still amount was not received
