Not eligible for loan even for salary account

I have moved my salary account to Jupiter as this account is giving better options like advance salary, loans etc. But after me moving to this account and changing my salary account. I didn’t get any benefit from the Jupiter. It’s been more than 5-6 months

Did i do any mistake but changing my salary amount to Jupiter.
