Upgrade to Salary Account Issue

I have shared my Account details to HR and salary got credited to the Jupiter account. After that I have marked the amount and converted to Salary account. But from then it is showing as Upgrading hold on. Account will be upgraded with 48 hours. Till now nothing is seen. If I click on Upgrade buttom again same thing happens.

Thus anyone help me how it will be and how much does it takes actually to convert to salary account.

Hi I have already raised the concern through chat option they said it will be resolved by dec 1st.

Should I raise a new request as previous one is closed and share the registered phone number @Abhinav_Nahata
