Not able to redeem jewels

I complete video kyc
I cant able redeem jewels
What will i do

I also had the same issue some of my jewels are still not available to be redeemed. It says that they will be available after video verification i.e 20 October 2022. I asked the support team regarding it they told me that the jewels have expired for not doing video verification on time. Something like that.

Jewels expire? I did not know that.

It happened due to delaying the verification process or something like that. I am also not sure about it. But the team stated this reason.
