Issue with jewels redeem into gold

  • I tried to redeem Jewels to Gold on 5th August, its in processing status
  • I have contacted team after 2 days, they are still checking, checking, escalating & escalating
  • Its been almost 12 days and no solution?
  • Is there a really any technical team who is working on stuff?
