If you are facing issues while making payments with an error of “UPI PIN not set” and when you try to set the PIN, see an issue, here’s the fix:
Step-1: Please complete the Re-KYC from the app using the link https://app.jupiter.money/onboarding-full-kyc/rekyc
This is a mandatory periodic verification required by RBI to keep the records updated. And incase of not doing the KYC, the accounts might get closed.
Step-2: Once you get the confirmation message that it is fully updated which usually should be with-in 2 working days, you can set the UPI PIN.
