UPI pin not set problem

Hi team,

I am unable to make any upi payments through my jupiter app. It is asking to set up upi pin. It was working till Wednesday. Today it is not working with the same pin.

When I am trying to reset my pin, it is giving error saying that card record not found.and also today is there is new problem on phonepe there is no account found please help me and unable to make any payment

Can you please reset the pin on Jupiter App and confirm if it is working?

Here’s how to resolve it:
Step 1: Complete your KYC

  1. Open the Jupiter app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap on Update KYC
  4. Complete the KYC update flow

Step 2: Reset your UPI PIN
Once KYC is updated, go ahead and reset your UPI PIN again.
This should resolve the issue and your UPI payments will resume working normally.
