I am unable to make any upi payments through my jupiter app. It is asking to set up upi pin. It was working till yesterday. Today it is not working with the same pin.
When I am trying to reset my pin, it is giving error saying that card record not found.
I am not able to make any payments via upi on juputer when trying to reset my pin its giving error pin reset failed, kindly assist with the same the chat support is not helpful and no one is picking the call

Hi vajrala i am also facing the same issue since yesterday i am not able to make any onlune payments through jupiter when trying to make one it shows failed- you have mot setup the upi pin, it was working since last 2 yrs but since yesterday i am facing this issue, woule like to request for kind assitance from your team as soon as possible
@Aman_Atar As discussed, since the KYC for your account has expired, you will need to complete the KYC update process and then try resetting your UPI PIN.
