Hi team, I am unable to make any upi payments through my jupiter app. It is asking to set up upi pin. It was working till yesterday. Today it is not working with the same pin. When I am trying to reset my pin, it is giving error saying that card record not found.

Complete your KYC @Aman_Atar and then try resetting the pin

i already did i have been using this app sicne last 1.5 yrs so i already have my kyc do i have to update it?

@Aman_Atar As discussed, since the KYC for your account has expired, you will need to complete the KYC update process and then try resetting your UPI PIN. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Regards, Ramya
