Not able to create Autopay on Groww

Hi,
I tried to create an autopay mandate on Groww So that I can manage it from the app end.

But It failed multiple times, every time it failed. Showing invalid debit card. But I enter the correct number. Is anyone able to get it working?

Hey @Arnab , Auto-Pay does not support Groww at the moment. We’re planning to add more merchants soon :slight_smile:

you tried to make an e-nach mandate on groww by the bank name Federal Bank right?

You need to realize that Federal Bank wont detect your Jupiter card as the federal bank debit card. So it will say invalid card number.

This sounds super annoying. If true, they need to be spoken to. Federal’s acquisition rates are through the roof, because of their tie ups with neobanks like Jupiter n others.

If they are being this lazy, then why bother handing them customers on a silver platter?

you don’t know what’s going on between Federal Bank and neo banks ? do you ?? Obviously there is something for both of them in these tie ups…
