Yes, after updating the app, the credit card tracker banner on the home page works fine . Previously, it didn’t respond to clicks.
Unfortunately, I have a BOB Snapdeal card and an HP Energie card, which Jupiter does not support at the moment.
None of my credit cards were fetched in the first try. I tried again then all of my credit cards of the bank which stated in the app got fetched but process is very slow. It takes 5 minutes of minimum in each try. Waiting for my other credit cards to be available to be fetched such as Yes bank, SBM bank, IndusInd Bank, RBL bank, IDFC first bank, Federal Bank, DBS Bank, etc.
I am eagerly waiting for part of our family .
But we are waiting for for jupiter csb rupay card almost 8 months , but no use , showing you are not eligible . My account was closed on 2020 becuase of not done vkyc .
When I attempted to pay the Jupiter Edge card bill payment on the newly built card page, I noticed that the amount due on the bill was not showing. Otherwise, there were no options available to pay the exact amount specified on the bill.
Steps:
Click on the Money Tab from the Homescreen
Click on the card tab
Click the “Pay now” button for the jupiter edge card
Hey santosh, we are literally working on it right now and need a little help from you. Can you try to pay the bill from the credit card management page on the homepage or the sms you might have received and share the screenshot.

There is no yearly or quarterly option for tracking spends, so I request you to consider and add if possible as it would be great to track yearly or quarterly expenses tracking
My new kotak statement is tracked (for which i had excess bill payment. But even after tracking (showing excess amount paid), it is saying statement not tracked below it . Check screenshot for reference
Credit card tracking section sometimes disappeared my edge Jupiter Card, after I visited home page to edge credit card it’s showing Card. Then again I go to the credit card section it’s still not showing edge credit card, after refreshing it’s now showing that card.
Which Card you have that faced issue ?
And what is your last statement date ?
In my case my axis Bank 3 card fetched within 1 minutes without any problem, and the animation and UI looks cool like cred app. In My card bill generated before 2 to 5 days ago, maybe that’s why I didn’t face any issue.
