My account forzen state

Hi my account forzen last 3months onwards as per customer support I am completed video kyc as well as I am sended fraudoperations@jupiter.money 4times still no reply.

Please tell me how to close account and how they will settle my amount to us.

If any one ombudsman man mail details also share me.
