@Pratyushh we’re sorry to hear that. Cannot find your email details on the form. Please DM me your phone # and email id (that you use of Jupiter) and we will enable it for you.
@Ajieethdesign - we hear you; improvements coming up soon. Do keep sharing your feedback. It’s immensely valuable.
@Simranjit_Bakshi Please enable the swiping from the Monthly tab to the Networth tab. It’s sticking out badly for me.
@Simranjit_Bakshi I sent you 15 days back and now sent you again!
I think this inspiration is taken from salt app, experience is almost the same
@Simranjit_Bakshi circling back with some feedback for a notification linked to the new money tab. Received the following notification to check the top spend categories. The balance mentioned in the notification is way less than the actual balance in my Jupiter account.
Yagnesh - thanks for sharing the feedback. Did this match your “left”
number from the cashflow widget? Or did you think this is your overall
balance altogether?
@Simranjit_Bakshi this did not match the “left” balance as well as actual balance in my Jupiter account
@yagnesh01 Thanks for reaching out. Looking into the issue. This data was as of 19th Oct 11:59 PM, if you exclude today’s transactions will the left number be less than 54k as mentioned in the notification?
@Sarthak_Jain for 20th, I have only had transactions that total 360. The difference between the actual balance and “left” balance is 49,237

The spend duration was available for yearly, monthly, and weekly basis. But now it shows only monthly and weekly basis. As the year ends, it would be a great idea to look at the summary and understand expenses for the complete year. This will also help plan the next year financially.
Can you reactivate the yearly expenses with chart and other functionality?
Welcome to the community @Shash.kul
No doubt, year-wise category spending insights are beneficial. I hope the team bring back this feature soon. @Simranjit_Bakshi
Fold Money
How would you know they would starting charging heavily?
While it is being highlighted that an AMC for a debit card (even a virtual card) is being charged, nothing was mentioned that there are also milestones put in place that help the user in getting the AMC waived.
And just because a AMC is being charged for the debit let’s refrain from jumping to conclusions that everything else will start getting charged. It creates unnecessary anxiety within the community users.
Let’s ensure complete information is updated. Else, it negatively impacts the community especially the newer members
We cant say that but this is for sure it will become a normal banking app. Though at this point too its the same as all the rewards have been quashed down.
@Abhinav_Goyal yes, if you mention something about Jupiter offering, it is expected that you share the complete information. That’s basic. For offerings from other banks/fintech similar expectation implies.
AA fetches are not free and cost money to maintain the infrastructure. So at some point every spend tracking /analysis app using AA will monetise it in some way or the other.
The only free options remain are apps which read SMS data and show them as transactions.
