Using jupiter pot since it was introduce. Everything was working fine. Last night i added 800 to my jupiter pot. It didnt updated instantly. Today when i checked, they credited 800 to my pot and deducted 1478 from the same pot on the name of “Balance Reconciliation”. When I tried to click on that transaction, a screen pops up saying “
Something went wrong”. What scam is going on?
Yes, you are right. There was a bank outage on 1st September and it took them time till last night to resolve it completely. Hope you are able to see your balances correctly, if not, please reach out to our customer support.
