I’m facing an issue with my Jupiter account and would like to know if anyone else has experienced something similar.
On 5 May 2026, ₹1,172 was deducted from my Pot named “Nefta.” The amount has been deducted from the Pot balance, but there is no corresponding transaction visible in my account statement. When I try to open the debit entry for more details, the app shows an error message.
I have already emailed Jupiter support regarding this issue, but I haven’t received any response so far. I’m also unable to find a customer care number to speak with a representative directly. The only support option available seems to be the AI chatbot, which hasn’t helped resolve the issue.
Has anyone faced a similar problem? If so, how did you get it resolved or reach the Jupiter support team?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
