I am facing a persistent issue while trying to withdraw money from my Jupiter Pot to my main savings account.
Details of the issue:
Pot balance shows: ₹1,000 (approx.)
When attempting to transfer the amount to my main account, the transaction fails repeatedly
Error shown: “Low funds in pot” (which is incorrect, as the balance is clearly visible)
This has happened multiple times across different attempts
I also have another pot with balance, and I am unable to recover or transfer funds from that pot as well
I have already tried reaching customer support, but the chat support is bot-based and does not resolve this issue. There is no effective option to speak with a human support agent.
This is concerning because:
My funds are visible but inaccessible
There is no clear explanation or resolution provided in the app
Repeated failed attempts raise concerns about system reliability
