Money stuck in jupiter app

While transferring the money to pot, it got stuck, thrown error and since then it is no where to found, 1000inr shows transfered nut pot says updating balance,

On totaly unrelated topic, your customer care is greatest and forced me to cut all ties with jupiter

You can download FedMobile app to view your exact balance in pots account , whether 1000Rs is credited or not .
