not able to raise a complaint as minimum 24h time is required…

I have faced a similar issue with PayZapp. Was asked not to recharge again for 5 days as that’s the time they needed to trace if the payment was successful.

i contacted the support …they are telling me that it is sbi fault that they didn’t process the recharge…lol …I used their gateway to recharge my account so jupiter should be responsible…
