I have lost my old mobile number and unable to login via that number in application,can you suggest any method to resistor or change new mobile number.
Any offline possibility, please guide…

At present, you can only change your mobile number if you have access to the app.
It is better to enquire about getting the duplicate SIM of the old number from your SIM Company’s office.
I also suggest you mail the issue to support@jupiter.money or call 08655055086

You can also enquire about the same, if there is any Federal Bank nearby.
