Login prob , ATM not activated

Team , My 22k fund is stucked in jupiter account as while login the app the app ask first for phone no :right_arrow: sms verification done :right_arrow: Mpin successful :right_arrow: then shows setup your saving ac with pic of debit card :right_arrow: continue then OTP comes :right_arrow: enter and ok :right_arrow: then create new ATM 4 digit :right_arrow: then continue button :right_arrow: then it shows something went wrong :sob:

after that one sms comes that (Dear Customer, Your attempt to set PIN has been declined as the card is not activated. Kindly activate your card via FedNet/ FedMobile/ contact your branch-Federal Bank)

I don’t have virtually any details of atm card nor any physically card , also no cheque book , and so on my UPI is also restricted , I am really helpless.

I have apply for new debit card , but no status for tracking and other details, not sure what to do .

Please help me someone gone through same and have a solution
