Kyc inquiry

Even after completing kyc ,it’s saying that my account is gonna be blocked because I didn’t do KYC .

My account was blocked due kyc incomplete date over ,now I want to reopen and complete kyc , please tell solution for my problem

We hear your concern. Your account has been permanently closed due to non-completion of full KYC. This closure aligns with RBI guidelines, which mandate the closure of half KYC accounts after a validity period of 365 days (1 year).

Regarding the re-opening of your account, we currently do not offer this feature. However, we are actively exploring alternatives, and you will be promptly notified once such an option becomes available.
