Hello @Jiten
Can you please let me know why there are conflicting responses? Utility payments also include electricity bill payments, gas payments etc. @Omesh provided a different response and you are providing a different one. Can you please clarify just to avoid the confusion for the customers?
will clarify in T&Cs to avoid ambiguity. thanks for pointing out
Hello @Jiten
Thanks but can you please clarify for the time being. T&Cs update will take time and in the interest of customer’s benefit, it would be good if you can clear this confusion.
I have some utility bills coming up and would utilize this opportunity to earn rewards if I can
You will get on utility payments provided those payments are not made on payTM, Phonepe kind of platforms who also operate wallets
Just saw this ad on Twitter does that mean that I will receive 10% cashback on the monthly subscription value?
I can’t convert jewels to cash…I am converting first time…it is saying 100j needed to convert for first time…But I have 107 what is the issue…?
Even I faced the same problem few days ago.
I’ll suggest try after some hours, there should be no problem redeeming them.
Hello @Jiten
Phonepe is different from Mobikwik & Paytm in the sense that it does not support peer to peer payments through wallet. So, why phonepe is excluded? It only supports merchant payments through wallet.
For us, it is difficult to keep track of each wallet, their features and anything if changes. So we have all wallets restricted for rewards
I guess phonepe is the only exception. Also, it is much more convenient to pay utility bills from wallets like phonepe instead of going to the website of the vendor.
@HASIN_RISVAN You will need to wait for 15 days to convert your jewels into cash from the date of your first UPI/DC transaction.
Can i get an answer for this?
Hey @Harshith , Yes you do get it.
I should have read this thread before opening the account…
As you are restricting almost every merchant except ECOM , sometimes even Amazon…
So we should do a transaction and hope for the luck to get rewarded. Instead of this headache I can blindly use millenia Debit card , Indusind Pinnacle credit cards .
I have opted for this just because of instant reward feature…
But Now…You have made it Worst.
99% of the transactions excluded from the
reward program
Rewards can be credited after 15 days… (can be blocked any time )
Let me know the account closure process…
PS : Just received the debit card yesterday evening…
Bro,
Jupiter is in beta phase and this platform is for giving feedback and helping Jupiter evolve. There would be bugs, break downs and what not. But I appreciate that Jupiter team is very active here and listen to users. And thats what matters. If you want to use other bank’s products, you are free to use them. No one’s stopping you.
I didn’t asked your permission to use other products…
I have compared with other available products…
It’s more than 4 months …still basic banking functions not available most of the time…
It deserves the criticism…
That’s what I said, if you are not happy with Jupiter, no one stopping you. You don’t need permission.
Compare with comparables, not Hdfc, IndusInd. Jupiter is just taking shape.
Criticise, but constructively. They are building a ——— bank.
Till Jupiter team remains transparent, active and responsive, I’ll be happy to be part of Jupiter and this community.
I won’t reply anymore
seems like we also need a thumbs down button as well to down vote such harsh responses to polite replies. @Jiten @mohit.chitlangia would be great to have such a feature
“They are building a ——— bank.”. LOL …
So we need to wait till ages , until they build a bank…? There are already well built banks… this is not even close to any of them…
After all just for 500 or 1000rs … people defending this crap.
@Krinaction Let’s not use such tone here. I understand that you’re not satisfied with the product in any way. We hear you. Feedback taken and working on it as we speak. Some take time, please understand.
You have every right to share your feedback. Good or bad. Criticism is okay. But as Dhruv says, let’s make it constructive. Let’s find a way to fix it together. Help us to help you
