Jupiter Chat agent seems to be sleeping all the time and never solve your query , they will just say we will revert back soon and even if you check after 2 days and revert they will again do the same and never resolve
2nd Jupiter seems to have issues verifying merchant transaction I wanted to book a flight ticket using my Jupiter debit card on Paytm but i have doubts if jupiter would consider it as a valid booking or reject that all paytm transactions are wallet transactions
this is not the kind of experience that we would want you to have.

Also, you will be getting rewards for flight ticket booking using your Jupiter debit card on Paytm (if you pay directly through the card and not by loading it in the wallet).
Hello @Omesh@Jiten , the Issue still Persist after making the payment Jupiter Payment gateway still detected the transaction as Paytm alone and the category came as Bills and I didn’t receive rewards for the same , request you to please look into it.

I feel Jupiter Need to update the payment gateway to detect multiple merchants and transaction types across Online portals, I was using Amex card earlier on the Paytm Flight ticket booking and the Zeta Payment gateway correctly detected the merchant as Paytm.com Travel Pg for which i have shared the Screenshot in the chat with Prasoon and Ruben however for the Jupiter Payment page It always shows only Paytm as the merchant name whatever kind of transaction is Initiated on Paytm , whether Its UPI or Debit card transaction using Jupiter for any kind of Purchase like Groceries and Mobile Phones from PaytmMall or Flight or Bus booking from Paytm or any other service related to Paytm. You can take this as a feedback and have a discussion with Your technical team because if Zeta is able to do it Jupiter can do it too

I don’t understand this rule of no rewards for a transaction below 100 rupees even if it is a genuine purchase of goods and services.

You can see in the image clearly that the transaction was categorized as Shopping still i didn’t received Rewards for the same, however when I cross verified with some other friends, they informed me that they did get the rewards for similar Transaction type on Magicpin for a different order amount, I didn’t get this idea why their is a discrepancy in your Rewards detection system because last month I too received Rewards for same merchant transaction but this month those are detected as not eligible for rewards

Transacted an hour ago on MagicPin using Jupiter Debit Card, but on the app it shows as restricted payment. @Omesh please resolve my issue too
