We do not block rewards on merchants which use a gateway. Smallcase is an investment, we reward users for purchases. We have not blocked any gateway for rewards, in this case, smallcase as a platform is not eligible for rewards.

Also per the support executive reason was “The reason for no rewards for this transaction is because the rewards are only eligible for the payments made using the card directly.”
PS: I used the card to buy subscription for a service, and not did any investment with that transaction
@Kshitij_Kumar The rewards are given on Debit Card and UPI payments. But some cases may vary.
Could you raise another chat request with our support team? They will check on this case.

I just onboarded today after a long wait of 3 months.
The firstlist exclusive accelerated rewards is showing valid till 30th Nov only, weren’t it supposed to be for 3 months ?
We existing customers got delayed due to technical reasons only !!

@Shawnpinto If we onboarded on 10th Sep so if 3 month reward system included then end date would be 10th Dec no? Please clarify based on it.

For me its saying 30th Nov 
@jigarmistry24 Only those who were on the first list will get the reward system for the next 3 months from the day they have onboarded.
For the others, it will end on Nov 30th.

I was on firstlist 10% rewards bracket, still it’s showing 30th Nov.

For me also it’s showing as Nov 30th even though in firstlist 10% bracket.
For me too…I was in 10% bracket and on-boarded last week. Still it’s showing valid till 30th Nov
Effectively this offer is valid till 30th November. Post that we are thinking of making changes to the rewards program.
For iOS and existing Federal bank costumers who were a part of firstlist, we will be extending this offer till 31st Dec.
So right now, even a normal user will see the same offer of 1% cashback valid till November 30th.

I was asking about the validity of 10% cashback. As I am under 10% cashback bracket in firstlist, being 30th Nov is the expiry, 3 months duration is not getting because of late access due to existing Federal Bank category.
Any resolution for this issue?
1% cashback is generic and open for all, right?

The validity of the Offers are clearly mentioned in the cards for each of the member. While you all would be getting different cash back because of the Firstlist final rank, the validity of the offer has been extended till 30th November (even when some members onboarded on July 
)
For the rest, the offer is 1% cashback. The users who were existing Federal Bank customers or iOS users and could’t create and account, for them the offer will be extended to 31st December 2021.
We are working on next set of offers that continue to make the experience rewarding and more personalized.

I have a question. Do you only get rewards for UPI payments through the Jupiter app or can you use any UPI app and still get jewels?
