Jupiter forcefully debited debit card amc

Two days Ago I called customer service ( I have recording) they told that AMC will be waived off for you …

Still yesterday I was charged AMC ? Why
The notifications was after 31st … But then Why debited before time …

This is a Clear case of Section 420 in The Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Better Refund within 31st March or I’ll case against Jupiter.

Now Court has taken the permissions to submit of Voice recording as a proof
