Hi guys I’ve applied for the Jupiter Edge credit card but my application cant move past the Video KYC stage as it never gets connected to an agent despite waiting for hours at various different times. Tried to give a shot on a weekday, a weekend, morning, afternoon and evening. It just doesnt connect me to an agent.
Please help me get past this stage in the application or suggest a workaround for the same
