  • Suggestion/Idea:
    Jupiter debit card should show in FedMobile & fednetbank.com

  • The problem it solves
    In case for some reason we can’t login to the app e.g. our phone is old and app isn’t supported any more or if some app update crashes the app, our Jupiter card controls should be possible via Federal Bank app and/or at least netbanking

Another simple problem it can solve besides access to card controls: Those who have only Federal credit card (no Federal Bank savings account) but have Jupiter account, the Federal Bank app asks for authentication via debit card details but since it can’t see Jupiter DC, we can’t authenticate

The Jupiter account already correctly shows in net banking.:+1:t3::partying_face: Only the DC needs to also be visible

Another NeoBank which has partnered with Federal Bank, Fi, has no issues with its debit card showing in net banking.

@JupiterProUser That feedback/suggestion is very valid. :v:t2:
I too got checked and when accessing the Debit Card section, instead of displaying the linked debit card number, users only see the word “select” when we click on the list of debit cards.

Such a facility can be very useful in these situations :+1:t2:
