Jupiter Debit Card Charges

Let’s file a complaint then. The company’s arrogance definitely shows the level they can stoop to, in order to maintain Jupiter. Would leave shortly, definitely. But one thing’s for sure. No matter how much Jupiter tries to justify itself and their annual charges. It’s a breach of trust and a highly questionable practice… You should never have advertised “no annual charges” in the first place.

Just asking casually. Why do you need to add it to google pay when you can use Jupiter app itself?

Because I am unable to use UPI in Jupiter, I changed my number in FI, it got changed phone number for both FI and Jupiter in federal bank sever but still not in Jupiter app.

Since ph no changed in federal bank server, I am able to use UPI in 3rd party apps not in Jupiter.

I contacted Jupiter cs they simply said no solution to it, asking me to change ph no in Fi this is ridiculous.

I didn’t think its there in IOS

It’s working with my FI debit card, not Jupiter. It says your bank doesn’t enabled this feature.

i have closed my account giving information is fine still in the start you guys told no charges on debit card amc now you are charging with old and new users both and maintaining balance condition is definitely not fine i can open with better private banks with 10k min balance account like idfc first or any other we choose you coz it was user friendly and no charges great way of connection youths in banking sector we like your services and happy to give feedback in community section still first telling no charges then charging when you grow is not fair definitely not fair. I have request to close my account today as i already have 25k min balance account with other bank so can’t maintain in both really disappointed with this move i applied in beta phases also now can’t keep up with you guys :frowning:

Does jupiter have an option to give a rupay platinum debit card ? Would be value for money even after paying charges to jupiter… (My yearly dc spent can go more than 2L but I usually use UPI because of charges)…

Amazon Friday offer is also beneficial…

Hi all,

We identified a glitch in our emaIls due to which some users did not receive them. We have rectified the same and believe that all the users should receive the email today. If you still haven’t received it (check Spam too), please drop your email ID here and we’ll get it checked.

On April 12th, I filed a complaint and was informed that it would be resolved by April 17th. However, on April 19th, I contacted them again and received an unsatisfactory response, which I have attached in the screenshots. It appears that they are more focused on raising charges for debit and virtual cards than addressing customer concerns. This raises the question of why anyone would want to open an account with Jupiter and pay high annual fees for a debit card. Furthermore, their entire ATM network was down for the past two weeks. All members must decide whether to close this frustationg bank account or not.

Every community members please respnd. Is this good for a bank. They didnt know about the mental stress caused by customers. first they will advertise their product as free annual fees. Afer gaining customers they will charge them

What is your issue though?

Hi @UNNIKRISHNAN_T_R , after checking the screenshots of your chat, i could not identify the issue. I will not get into the guessing game. I am sure the frustration you have faced, will be difficult for someone else to understand.

In terms of will i be closing my account with Jupiter, considering the experience I have had so far, it has been better than HDFC Bank. Hence, i will not be closing my account. My company partners with Jupiter for our salary accounts. Hence, we intend with continue our relationship with them.

This is a brief of my complaint I am writing this in response to the new debit card charges introduced by Jupiter Bank. I wish to convert my existing Jupiter savings account to the Basic Savings Bank Deposit Account (BSBDA) scheme. The RBI circular regarding BSBDA accounts can be found here: https://www.rbi.org.in/commonperson/English/Scripts/FAQs.aspx?Id=1289. In question number 27, the RBI clearly outlines the process for converting a regular savings account to a BSBDA account. I believe Jupiter Bank follows RBI guidelines, so could you please guide me on how to convert my account?

any benefits of bsbda over regular savings account ??

i want to avoid debitcard annual fees thats all. Rest details are available in this link https://www.rbi.org.in/commonperson/English/Scripts/FAQs.aspx?Id=1289
